What's the discount for me? / Why is your price expensive?

Our main customer group is project customers, so our overall prices are cost-effective products, ensuring that our partners can get more profit margins from cooperation. If it is indeed more expensive and has a larger gap than the quotes you received from other Chinese factories, it is very likely that the solution we gave you is more high-end. After your feedback, we will further re-make a solution that suits your budget based on our communication with you. It is important to recommend a suitable solution, so communication and understanding your needs are issues that our team has always attached importance to.
We will not give you an unreasonable high price first, and then continue to bargain with you, because this is not in line with our values, and most of our customers do not come directly to China. We must ensure that the price of the products we give is always cost-effective to ensure our competitive advantage.

When will you give me a quotation?

For general needs, we will complete the quotation on the same day, and for special and simple needs, we will immediately provide a quotation; for more complex needs such as engineering projects, we will complete the quotation plan within 3 working days.

How long does it take to produce?

Unless it is an extremely special customization, we can complete most of the production within 30 days. For environmentally friendly paint-free products, the fastest production can be completed within 15-25 days. For samples or special promotion products, the fastest production can be completed within 3-7 days.

Can you make products like the ones in my pictures? How much does it cost?

We can determine one or more production processes that can achieve the effect in the pictures, but we cannot be absolutely sure of the process to which the pictures belong. Therefore, we will tell you several options and corresponding prices based on the pictures. You can choose the right solution based on your budget and product requirements.

Among your products of different grades, are only high-end products of good quality?

All our products have the same quality and guarantee. The main reason for the difference in value is the different materials, processes and production difficulties. Different materials determine the difference in product quality and application places. We will inform you truthfully and remind you of the precautions.

What is your nearest port?

For sea transportation, you can choose Guangzhou Port or Shenzhen Port. If you have designated other Chinese ports, we can cooperate to ship to the designated address.
