Will sample charge? why?

We will charge sample, because each client and project with special inquire for doors, sample not with already-make & we need to make sample separately.
- Q:
Can sample free reuse as order deposit?
- A:
When make the project door, product sample price can be use as deposit, this is our project surport policy.
- Q:
What's the quantity for project type?
- A:
At least from 30 units, this is our minimum project; for big projects, we have make up to 5200 unit doors per project.
Please notice we do NOT advice you make sample if for own house use, such as with only few quantity because of the product times, also sample cost will not refund as deposit.
- Q:
Why other supplier can give us free sample？
- A:
Different factories have different policies, and we don't know their specific reasons. We charge for samples in advance, and it is free when placing large orders. In fact, it is equivalent to no charge. By charging a fee first we. can avoid customers who just casually needs are not very real.
We have a special free sample policy for non-retail customers. You can fill in the information and we will have project personnel to connect and help you.
